Things of greatness and Mollyness which must be plugged: Moll's new layout and Molly's new layout. :D

And in a moment of randomness, I made a little fanlist for one of my favorite writers, G.K. Chesterton. =)

*sings* One more week of classes.... I don't know if I'm going to take that summer class, since I decided to stay here in the fall. What's the point? Anyway, I need a break from school -- especially since I have to stick out another semester at this evil place. *dies*

Holy..... stuff.

I opened a video of Sean Astin at the Directors Guild Awards that I downloaded from TORN before I left for work, figuring that I'd watch it real quick before I went to bed.

And alsdfkjasdlfkjsdlfk he mentions Shannon and me!

A couple of months ago, we got to meet him at Texas A&M (if you want to read about that and see our pictures, it's here).

So anyway, on this video, HE MENTIONED US! If you go here, you can download the video, and he talks about us at around the 2 minute mark.

This is so surreal and amazing.... *goes insane*

Ok sorry lol....... *tries to breathe*

Well, since I haven't slept in 35 hours, I better get to bed and try to sleep! *faints*

but..... aoweirjalsdkfjasd;lkfjasdlfkjasdf !!!!!

Ugh... so tired of writing papers... must keep going... I downloaded an episode of Daria and watched that a little while ago as a break. It was greatness, as Daria always is. When these horrible papers are done, I'm going to download more. *gathers together snacks* It's gonna be a loooong night.

Ahhh, BS. It is a fine and subtle art form, especially when one is writing about John Ruskin's opinions on architecture. Free of charge, here are my small pointers towards writing quality BS:

1. Adjectives and adverbs. Seriously, they are invaluable, helpful tools which enable any harried writer to subtly stretch out even the shortest ideas, while appearing to have an uncommonly praise-worthy descriptive technique.

2. Footnotes. Footnotes are great because they take up a lot of space. In most papers, they can end up filling a whole page.

3. Block-quotes. Quote long passages from your sources. They make you look really dedicated and rooted to the material, and they take up tons of space.

4. Go back and put in even more adjectives and adverbs. They are your friends.

The papers are actually going pretty well; I have about 15 more pages to write total. And since most of those are about LotR, it should be no problem. On a random note, I downloaded the theme from Schindler's List, and I've been listening to it over and over. It's so beautiful. :'-(

Shan's watching The Ten Commandments in the living room, and I can hear some of the best movie lines ever spoken, such as "So let it be written! So let it be done!" and "My little dove of Canaan." lmao... *returns to papers*

I believe the picture speaks for itself. Now pardon me while I mop up the drool on my keyboard.
